We don't just list African fashion — we vet it, warehouse it, and ship it fast. Every piece is sourced directly from the designer, quality-checked, and stocked here in the US, so you're not waiting weeks (or wondering if it'll even show up). We also work with brands you won't find everywhere else — established names alongside up-and-coming designers who deserve the spotlight.
We process all orders within 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and shipping speed you select at checkout.
We currently ship to the US, Canada, and the UK, with more destinations coming soon as we grow.
You have 14 days to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and anti-wardrobing tape intact. We offer exchanges for the same style in a different size (subject to availability), and all approved returns are issued as store credit. Ambassador and Icon tier members get free return/exchange shipping in the US. Sale items, intimates, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange — see our full Returns & Exchanges policy for details.
Every Avora piece ships with anti-wardrobing tape — a tape-like tag looped around the garment that must be cut off before wearing. If the tape has been cut or removed, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange. This helps us keep our inventory in pristine condition for every customer, and keeps prices fair for everyone by preventing "wear and return" fraud.
