Where We Ship
Avora ships to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping rate and carrier you select at checkout. Faster options will be available at an additional cost. All timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed — delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of Avora.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS and FedEx for US and international orders, and DHL for Canada and UK deliveries.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected delivery speed.

Free Shipping
Orders over $250 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

International Orders (Canada & UK)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged upon delivery. These charges are outside of Avora's control and are not included in your order total. Avora is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@avoraonline.com and we will do our best to assist you.
