RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, anti-wardrobing tape intact, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Visit our returns portal to submit your return request. Once submitted, you'll receive instructions on next steps. Items sent back without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.
Return Address
Your return label and shipping address will be provided through the returns portal upon approval.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at contact@avoraonline.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Intimates and undergarments
- Sale items (all sales are final)
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same style in a different size, subject to availability. Submit your exchange request through the returns portal — once approved, we'll ship your new size as soon as your original item is received and inspected. If the size you need is unavailable, we'll offer store credit instead.
Return & Exchange Shipping Costs
- United States: Shipping is covered for Ambassador and Icon tier members. All other customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.
- Canada & UK: Customers are responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs.
Refunds
Avora issues store credit only — we do not refund to original payment methods. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, store credit will be issued to your account within 5–7 business days.
